2. Orders & Payments

2.1 Orders must be placed in writing via email, website, or agreed-upon communication channels.

2.2 A minimum order quantity (MOQ) may apply to certain products.

2.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3.2 The Company is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products and must be reported within 7 days.

4.2 Custom or special orders are non-refundable unless defective.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

5.2 Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
